By accessing or using B4H, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

    a) Account Information

Name, email address, company, role (Player/Coach), and login credentials.

b) Behavioral Data

Goal completion data, submitted evidence, reward selection, workspace participation, and interaction history.

c) Device and Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and activity logs within the Platform.

d) Third-Party Data

Data imported via integrations with HR systems, learning platforms, wellness apps, or other software connected to B4H.

e) Payment and Financial Data

Billing information and transaction history for redeemed rewards or subscriptions. Payment processing is handled securely via third-party providers.

To operate the Platform and enable goal tracking, reward delivery, and workspace management.

To generate reports and analytics on engagement, goal performance, and reward ROI.

To provide predictive insights for Companies subscribing to analytics services.

To communicate with Users regarding goals, rewards, subscriptions, or Platform updates.

To maintain security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse of the Platform.

To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

  1. Data Sharing

With Companies: Companies can access aggregated and anonymized reports of their own employees’ activities and performance.

With Service Providers: Third-party vendors assisting with analytics, integrations, reward delivery, and payment processing.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

No Sale of Data: B4H does not sell personal information to third parties.

Personal and behavioral data is retained as long as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

Inactive accounts and associated data may be archived or deleted after a period specified in Company policy.

Despite safeguards, no system is fully secure; Users accept residual risk when using the Platform.

Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

File a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding data use.

Companies must facilitate Users exercising these rights within their own organization as appropriate.

The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience, track usage, and enable analytics.

B4H integrates with external systems (LMS, HR platforms, wellness apps, etc.).
